RC Law has advised OpenPass Holding Corp.<\/strong>, a Delaware company, in connection with its issuance of shares of common stock to Telecom Argentina S.A., representing 50% of the company\u2019s capital stock, on a fully diluted basis.\u00a0 Telecom Argentina is one of the largest companies in Argentina and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (New YorkSE: TEO).\u00a0 OpenPass Holding\u2019s Argentine subsidiary is a fintech company, providing financial technology and other digital solutions.\u00a0 The strategic alliance has the principal purpose of jointly developing Telecom Argentina\u2019s electronic wallet platform, known as Personal Pay. \u00a0Argentine counsel was Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n
