This foundation plays a vital role in improving lives by delivering essential services such as food, healthcare, housing, education, and financial support for entrepreneurial ventures, fostering long-term economic empowerment in the region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In New York, our founding partner actively contributes to the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce, serving as a member of its Board of Directors and having previously held the position of Chairman. This non-profit organization is dedicated to strengthening bilateral trade relations between Spain and the United States, contributing to international cooperation and economic growth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through our pro bono work, we have gained extensive experience in assisting non-profit organizations with a wide range of corporate matters, including amending and restating bylaws, addressing conflict of interest policies, managing dissolution and liquidation proceedings, and structuring corporate organizations to safeguard their tax-exempt status.
